Project Overview

Role : I was the lead digital marketer for this project

This project was exciting and daunting at the same time. The team ventured off to a completely out of our norm niche we never ever had managed before.

We were promoting a cryptocurrency investment platform, it is a legitimate because its under Binance broker program, the No. 1 exchange in the world.

The challenges were :

1. The team had to adjust and learn quickly on all the cryptocurrency terminology and how it works.

2. To determine the audience that will be interested, what are we going to say to them, which platform to get traffic

3. The sales process of educating leads to invest to the platform.

On the first month, we formulated copywriting and the execution of the ideation ads whether it be by posters or videos. Monthly spend at the time was $4k per month. Launch campaign ads on facebook, instagram & tiktok. 

Basically for the first month trial and error on what works and what does not in terms of targeting, ads creative, copywriting. The KPI was getting cost per subscriber below $4. Anything above that means we need to do an adjustment on the ads. Not only that, we need to qualify whether the leads coming in was quality enough to convert in to sales. Furthermore, refining more how to shorten our sales process.

Weekly schedule 

We implemented Spark Ads to get people to view our profile thus in return will gain followers. Furthermore, to always ensure our brand guideline is always consistent.

Project Solution

After dialling down all of our mistakes and documented into SOPS, the following month started kicking in more momentum. Within 3 months in to the projects, we managed to get $200k invested in to the platform.
