Role : I was the lead digital marketer for this client
Client objective is to achieve more sales through their Shopee stores by driving traffic from Facebook and Instagram ads. The challenges were introducing their products to new markets as they already have existing repeated customers, the client wanted new customers.


Solution
Ads funnel was formulated before launching ads & what what their main customers problem that the products addressed it to.
On the top funnel, created ads informational, lifestyle videos. Carousel & Instant experience ads to showcase the range of flavours. Copywriting focused on the products USP which aligned to the targeted audience problems.
For middle / bottom funnel, after liaising with the creative department, we created engaging and striking posters which emphasises testimonial, taste & offers.
They had positive reviews on their stores, which accredited to giving trust to new customers to try their products. Also, came up with free gifts & shipping when purchases value up to $100.
Managed to achieve ROAS 5.
