Project overview

Role : I was the lead digital marketer for this client

The client objective is to gain more leads from facebook and instagram ads. They did paid advertising before but did implement proper ads funnel. 

The clients budget was $3k to $4k per month Our task is to get relevant and quality traffic and drive it to their sales team. The KPI of this projects is to achieve daily CPL (cost per leads) below $5 and ROAS (return on ad spend) minimum 3.5

The client already have their in-house graphic designer & video editor to make ads creative. This was great to work with, as when requested certain types of creatives they delivered it immediately.

For the copywriting was curated by emphasising on how they guarantee after taking their services. Highlight the main pain point of the customers problem. On the technical side, broad & interest targeting was used to test audience, ads creative.

After letting it run for 1 week, then only open retargeting ads. This includes by offering promotion when customers take their services by certain periods. They attributed to more leads by creating FOMO (fear of missing out.)

Managed to achieve CPL below $5 and ROAS 5
