This client acquired sales by driving traffic to their telegram channel. Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and to improve the reach and impact of digital marketing materials. Create and overlook the weekly content and graphics plans to achieve KPI. In addition to evaluate existing content and graphics and providing constructive feedback for improvement. Budget for this project is $30k per month. The KPI was to achieve CPS (Cost per subscriber) below $5

Project Solution

Implemented SOPs to keep maintaining momentum of subscribers, ads creative is to be updated every week. In addition, the ads creatives must be engaging enough for people to take direction to CTA, this includes offers & promotion. Furthermore, create rules if CPC above $2, the ad will closed. This will save cost and increase more conversion effectively. Managed to achieved KPI of CPS below $5
